Simply drape the cloth over and around the curtain rod to form a soft swag effect.
Fold over the top edge of the material and, using your iron-on tape and iron, make a pocket large enough to run the curtain rod thru it.
Get pre-made curtains or a material shower curtain that have eyelets along the good edge. You are able to either run the curtain rod through these eyelets or tie the cloth to the rod with ribbons plus ornamental bows.
